課程概述	The three hours course will be divided into three sections with brief breaks in between. We will discuss an alternative theory of international relationship based upon Chinese discussion in the first session. The topic of the second section is about political thoughts and international relations. The third section focuses on post-Western IR.

課程要求	All students need to write two review articles for readings. The first review is due on October 30, which reviews articles of the following four weeks. The second review is due on December 4, which reviews articles of the following three weeks. Each review counts 30% of the final grade. The remaining 40% comes from class participation. Students can collect extra-points by volunteering for class presentation on 9/25, 10/02, 10/16 and 10/23.
